James is a Master Automotive Technician who opened and built an Independent Auto Repair Shop and went on to become a Multi Shop Owner and Industry Leading Business Coach. He brings 29 years in the Automotive Repair Industry with real Experience as a Master Technician, Founder, Owner, and Operator. While most shops struggle with the Technician Hiring Crisis, James built a dedicated Technician Training Team and a repeatable system that recruits and develops Technicians from the ground up, creating a consistent pipeline of skilled talent and reducing owner dependence and desperate hires.
Nicole brings enterprise level financial leadership to independent Auto Repair Shops as a CPA and Fortune 500 finance executive. She focuses on financial controls clear reporting and true profitability visibility so owners actually understand their numbers reduce risk and make better decisions without disrupting their team or day to day operations.
Together they combine hands on auto repair operations with disciplined financial systems to help family owned Auto Repair Shops become more valuable, more self sufficient, and ready for succession.
