We only buy Automotive Businesses that meet the following criteria:

• Located in MA, CT, or Southwest FL

• Automotive Businesses, except Used Car sales

• Been in business for at least 5 years

• Minimum 4.5 star rating online

• Making at least $1,100,000 top line revenue

• Shop must be located in Western, MA, Connecticut, or Southwest, FL - we're hands on

• Ethical approach to business and Auto Repair

• Can be added to an existing Auto Repair Shop that we own or stand on it's own​

• Owner stays on for 2 weeks to transition, "available" to answer transitional questions for 90 days

• Strong financials, reporting, and EBITDA 

• Minimal debt

• You own the Real Estate the business is in

• No "Key man" issue - the business is not dependent on you to operate

• Key staff remains

• Strong business history and CSI
